The Derrick T. Griggs Civic Association is a nonprofit organization rooted in a mission to empower communities and support youth through education, health, opportunity, and civic engagement. With a focus on underserved and at-risk populations, the Association provides robust academic and athletic support programs, scholarships, mentorship, and community outreach initiatives. Through strategic partnerships with schools, local organizations, and families, we strive to create environments where young people can thrive—academically, physically, emotionally, and socially. Governed by a dedicated Board of Directors, we operate with integrity, transparency, and a commitment to long-term impact.
